Eight men with alleged ties to the Four Corner Hustlers street gang on the West Side were charged earlier this week with participating in a drug ring that’s been in existence on the West Side for the last two years, local and federal authorities said. Milton Brills, 32, Clarence Johnson, 45, Terrance Jones, 32, Damon Westbrook, 32, Frederick Taylor, 23, Eric Ollison, 26, Andre Beard, 29 and Dominique Finley, 34 were each charged as part of “Operation Snatched” with attempted possession or possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine in the area bound by the Eisenhower Expressway to North Avenue, between Austin Boulevard and Laramie Avenue. The felony charges carry a minimum of 10 years in prison if convicted, according to the FBI. “Operation Snatched” is an effort coordinated by local, state and federal law enforcement agencies to catch street gangs running drug distribution operations in the city,
