The Collaborative to Reverse Health Inequities will hold the second in a series of virtual discussions pertaining to the epidemic of violence in the Black community and how it contributes to additional health inequities facing the South Side of Chicago.
The CRHI, which includes the MATCCH Foundation, Premier Health Network, and Health Care Council of Illinois, consists of a host of community-based organizations focused on their efforts to remove systemic barriers to healthcare in Chicago. MATCCH is an acronym for Minority Access to Comprehensive and Coordinated Healthcare. As a nonprofit headquartered in Chicago, the team of community leaders and health advocates ensure that minorities throughout high-risk areas on the South and West Sides of Chicago have access to equitable health outcomes and without increased financial burden. The goal is to help support household incomes to boost wealth creation.

The virtual discussion will be held Tuesday, February 15 at 6 pm. Click here to register.
