CHICAGO (AP) _ A suburban teen has been charged with attempted murder for allegedly stabbing a couple as they slept in their Chicago apartment.
Seventeen-year-old Julius Flournoy of Des Plaines faces two counts of attempted first-degree murder and one count of home invasion.
Police say Flournoy broke into the sleeping couple’s North Side apartment early Sunday morning and stabbed them. He was arrested at the scene.
He is scheduled to appear in bond court Monday. (AP)
