As Chicago gears up for one of the world’s largest food fests, a sponsor is offering tips on eating healthy at the Taste of Chicago.
Humana, Inc. health benefits company has compiled a list of healthier choices at this year’s Taste, which runs Friday through the Fourth of July.
The offerings include Celtic corn on the cob, fresh fruit cups, chicken tacos, turkey burgers and even shark.
Maps on where to find these foods will be available at Humana’s booth in Grant Park or at the company’s Web site.
Humana is one of more than two dozen sponsors of the Taste of Chicago.
