The 2016 Olympics will be held July 22-Aug. 7, and the Paralympics will run from Aug. 17-29.
A few weeks before the games would start, and until it commences, bike riders, runners and walkers would have to find other paths for recreation instead of the usual Lake Shore Drive stretch from Monroe Harbor to 31st Street, said Doug Arnot, the organization’s director of venues and games operations.
