Chicago police say a 15-year-old boy was found shot dead at a party in a neighborhood on the city’s South Side. Police say officers responded to the scene early Sunday and found the boy, who was shot in his back. The Cook County medical examiner’s office identified the boy as Kevin Jones of Chicago and said he was pronounced dead at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn. Police say the teen was at a party at an apartment when someone outside fired several shots into the apartment. Police say a bullet went through a window and struck the teen in his back.
