Authorities say 27-year-old Kim Brown died after being struck when a minivan ran a red light. Doctors delivered her baby prematurely, but the boy died a day later. Chicago police ticketed 39-year-old James Cox for running a red light, driving without insurance and driving on a suspended or revoked license in Wednesday’s crash Records show he’s been convicted 15 times for driving without a license or on a suspended or revoked license. His license also has been suspended twice for insurance violations. His wife, Kimberly Cox, says she feels sorry for Brown’s family but her husband isn’t to blame.
