Get a Jump Start on the New Years Weight Loss

If you are looking to get in shape, lose weight, or just have fun exercising this is the class for you.   Chicago Fit 4 Life is giving away $1000 to the person who loses the highest % of their body weight.  If a person isn’t interested in losing weight but just toning up, this class will also be for you.   Early arrival is strongly suggested.

Rules:

• The $50 will cover you for the contest and every class.

• Everyone who wants to participate in the weight loss challenge weighs in Monday January 4th anytime between 630-830pm two scales will be provided.
• All participants must weigh-in without shoes, t-shirt and jogging pants only.
• Each workout will from 7-8pm.  You do not have to participate in the workouts to be in the contest, but your weight must be recorded the first and last day of the contest.

• The winner will be announced at the end of the last class and the prize money will be paid out on location.

• Final weigh-in will be Feb 1st anytime between 630-8pm, the same two scales will be provided.

• Individuals who are not looking to enter the contest but just workout every week with are all-star training team, can just pay the registration fee and show up to each workout at least 20 min early.

• There will be two lists with all RSVP names to guarantee a swift entry.

• Water & Smoothies will be provided on location so bring cash.

• Workout shoes are required to participate in the workout.

• Please bring a small towel to wipe and catch sweat.

• A waiver will be signed before participation

• You do NOT NEED A MAT

• Each class is our custom boot camp style workout.  We offer exercises from beginner to advance depending on your fitness level.  With advance exercise movements we have our beginner alternatives movements for the individuals just starting off or who have injuries.
• The age range for our classes is 18-78  (Our goal is to cater to any and every one)

• You must be 18 to exercise in the class.

• The workout is 1 hour long.

• Babysitting information is being processed for the parents who need it.
